Hey guys,

I'm having trouble installing Arch PPC on my Apple iMac G3. It fails during the kernel boot (dmesg).

I'm getting a "cannot find booted cdrom device" error and multiple "failed to mount..." errors.

I'm am indeed booting from cdrom. I get to the yaboot screen just fine. then i type "arch" or just press <enter> to boot Arch Linux. Then i start to see all the dmesg output until finally i run into those errors.

Any idea what to do?

After upgrading to a 2.6.34 kernel from .33, some things stopped working, like the backlight. I have attached some files to debug.

This isn't a real task. You should close it and start opening some real tasks.
